Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wonderkind Global B.V. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information relating to visitors to our website, www.wonderkind.com.

It covers our own website only. Where we process personal data on behalf of a customer as part of delivering the Wonderkind platform — including candidate data — we act as a processor, and that processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum rather than by this policy.

If you have any questions regarding your privacy, please contact us at privacy@wonderkind.com.

1. Who We Are

Wonderkind Global B.V. is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in the Netherlands:

  • Company Registration Number: Dutch Chamber of Commerce ID 66092302
  • Registered Address: H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 123, 1096 AM Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • Privacy contact: privacy@wonderkind.com

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of personal information:

  • Contact and enquiry information: name, business email address, phone number, company name, job role, and anything else you choose to tell us — for example when you book a demo, start a free trial, or contact us.
  • Usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, and the links and buttons you interact with.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers stored in cookies, local storage, and comparable technologies. Section 6 sets out exactly which ones, what they do, and how long they last.
  • Marketing and campaign data: how you reached the site, which campaign or advertisement referred you, and how you respond to our emails.

We do not deliberately collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send us any.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the purposes below. GDPR requires us to have a lawful basis for each one:

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether those interests are overridden by your rights, and you can object at any time — see section 8.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with the following categories of recipient, who process it on our behalf or as independent controllers for the purposes shown:

RecipientWhat they do for us
Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager)Website analytics, advertising and measurement, tag management

5. International Transfers

Some of the recipients listed above are based outside the European Economic Area, principally in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on one of the following safeguards:

  • an adequacy decision of the European Commission, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it; or
  • the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional technical and organisational measures where these are needed.

You can request further information about the safeguards applying to a particular transfer by writing to privacy@wonderkind.com.

6. Cookies Policy

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and — where you consent — to personalise and measure advertising.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function are always set. Everything else is set only after you give consent through our cookie banner.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the cookie settings from the small consent icon in the corner of any page. Changing your browser settings is not a substitute for this, and clearing your browser's cookies will reset your choice, so the banner will ask again.

The table below is generated automatically from a monthly scan of this website, and lists every cookie in use, what it is for, who sets it, and how long it lasts.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, and then delete it or anonymise it. In practice:

  • Cookies and similar technologies expire on the schedule shown in the table in section 6.
  • Enquiry, demo and trial records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about it and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up the conversation and defend any legal claim.
  • Marketing contact records are kept until you unsubscribe or object, and for a short period afterwards to make sure we honour that request.
  • Records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records, are kept for the period the law prescribes.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject you have the following rights:

  • The right to access your personal data.
  • The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • The right to restrict processing of your data.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to object to the processing of your data, including where we rely on legitimate interests, and at any time where we process your data for direct marketing.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where our processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). You may also complain to the authority in your own country of residence.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@wonderkind.com. We will respond within one month, and will tell you if we need longer.

9. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Our advertising and analytics partners may build profiles of your browsing behaviour to select and measure advertising, where you have consented to this. You can withdraw that consent at any time as described in section 6.

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you, or that similarly significantly affects you, through this website.

10. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or our practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and where the change is significant we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
