At Wonderkind, we’re on a mission to revolutionise how companies connect with talent. Our Growth Operations team plays a vital role in building systems and campaigns that bring in high-quality leads and expand our brand's reach across key channels. We’re now looking for a hands-on, creative, and entrepreneurial intern to help accelerate our marketing engine.
What you’ll be working on
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll take ownership of our content “factory lines” – recurring content formats that fuel our inbound engine. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team while having plenty of room to experiment, optimize, and grow your skills across the marketing funnel.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation
- Write and design weekly and bi-weekly marketing assets: blog post teasers, product-focused content, social proof ads, and organic posts for LinkedIn
- Create visual assets in Canva or Figma, aligning with brand guidelines
- Support the creation of thought leader short-form videos for social media
- Campaign Execution
- Schedule and prepare content in advance to ensure timely roll-out
- Assist with setting up and maintaining Paid Ads on LinkedIn, Google and Meta
- Performance & Analytics
- Track performance using LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and campaign dashboards
Identify patterns and propose optimization opportunities to improve CTRs, conversions, and engagement
- Process Ownership
- Manage a content calendar and own weekly delivery rhythms
- Participate in team reviews to iterate and improve content quality and impact
What we’re looking for
- You’re currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn through doing
- You’re entrepreneurial, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills (in English), with a knack for writing clear and engaging copy
- Some experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or basic design and analytics tools
- Bonus if you’ve dabbled with LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, or lead gen projects
- You’re curious about how inbound marketing works and excited to help scale what’s working — and fix what’s not
- Experience (or interest) in editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut is a plus
What you’ll learn
- How to run a consistent inbound content engine and scale organic + paid channels
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, lead generation, and campaign reporting
- How to create scroll-stopping content and optimize for conversion
- Best practices in performance marketing and B2B growth strategies
- What it’s like to work in a high-energy scale-up environment with a collaborative team
Why join us?
- Be part of a fun, young, and ambitious team that values experimentation, speed, and autonomy
- You'll get direct mentorship while owning projects that matter
- Work on-site in Amsterdam — with brainstorm sessions, spontaneous huddles, and good coffee
- Space to bring your own ideas, test them, and see the impact
